Our Committee
Chaddlewood Preschool and Woodies After school club is a “not for profit” charity committee-run pre-school.
Parental support is much appreciated and is a vitally important element of running a charity-based pre-school. All parents of both Preschool and After school children are warmly invited to join the committee at any time.
Parents and Carers
I would like to welcome you to our website on behalf of the committee.
The committee is a group of parents and carers of children from the setting and we meet every 6-8 weeks or more often if arranging a fundraising event. We are always happy to see new parents and carers and often need help in organising charity events. We welcome new members, however if you feel you may not be able to commit to regular meetings then you can still assist us in raising money to fund projects for the Pre school and Woodies. If you would like to join the committee or you have any comments then please contact us through the Pre school or Woodies or via the email address.
Outlined below is the function of the committee and how we work closely with the Pre School and Woodies to ensure that your children’s time spent with us is happy and fulfilling.

Work shared amongst the committee includes:
- Help with funding to purchase equipment for the Pre-school and Woodies
- All members share decision-making and help to organise and run fund raising events. Attend termly meetings via Zoom or in person.
- The committee ensures all policies and procedures are reviewed and approved as required.
