We try to keep staff to children ratios above minimum levels
Most staff have been here for at least 8 years, and started their careers here, when they were
parents of children who attended the Pre-School
Keyworkers work with their named children at every session to provide consistency. We offer Keyworker appointments every term, but operate an ‘open door’ policy if parents wish to discuss any aspect of their child’s learning and development
All staff hold a current first aid and food hygiene certificate, are all CRB checked and have undergone child protection training.
